King Kong Tank Hoist Line

Gatto Industrial Platers, a high production metal finisher, has started construction on a new Large Parts Line. This line will have some of the largest plating tanks in the country capable of handling parts up to 27’ in length.

The new line will offer manufacturers an alternative to galvanizing and painting for large parts that need corrosion protection.

Parts currently designed to be produced in multiple sections to accommodate smaller plating tanks can now be processed as one large part. Time and cost savings can be realized during production and assembly after plating.

The Large Parts Line is scheduled to be completed by 1st Quarter 2014.
